After decades leading luxury hotels and resorts around the world, Chris McIntosh chose Ubud, Bali, as his second home. Inspired by the island’s people, culture, and incredible family owned businesses, he saw an opportunity to help local owners compete with international brands while preserving what makes their properties and businesses unique.
The Maju Group was created to bridge that gap. Today, led by Arif Maulana and supported by Chris’ experience and mentorship, we work alongside business owners to strengthen operations, improve performance, and unlock their full potential.
